A number of unique farm stays are available around the beautiful rural Matamata district, offering great country style accommodation. Staying on a farm allows you to have a true taste of the rural community. Rate includes dinner, bed and breakfast in true Kiwi style.

Our package includes a three course dinner featuring fresh New Zealand produce, complementary beer or wine, accommodation with continental or cooked breakfast and transfers to The Shires Rest Cafe or Matamata i-SITE. (Note tour of Hobbiton Movie Set not included).

Note:

Children and infants must be accompanied by an adult to qualify for their respective rates.
A surcharge of $20.00 applies for lunch and / or early / late check in / departure. (Surcharge applies for check in pre 3.00pm or check-out after 10.00am and is per person per item).

Additional service: (Rotorua)
The farm stay (Matamata) can be taken in conjunction with our Rotorua pickup / drop off service. We can coordinate the transfers with our Rotorua driver. These transfers are $17.50 per person, per one way transfer.
